Hello! I’m Captain Leonardo Maldonado and I’m going to tell you how E – Sea Experience was born.
I have always had the dream of being a yacht captain, until 2010 when I started to prepare myself to obtain all the Spanish and English qualifications to work professionally.
A few years later, in 2015, I went a step further, I started working as a professional in charter companies to gain experience in the sector, where in addition, in those years, I continued on my own as a professional skipper in charter companies, transferring boats between the mainland and the Balearic Islands, as well as an instructor in sailing practices in nautical schools.
A few years later, in 2018, I started to do charter trips on my own in the bay of Palma on a motor boat, where I also expanded the sailing distances in boat transfers to the whole Mediterranean, mainland – Canary Islands and mainland – Caribbean several times.
Already in 2021, is when E – Sea Experience was born, where the main objective was to create a sustainability project in Mallorca, acquiring a solar electric catamaran, with capacity for 12 passengers plus crew, where its use would be for all kinds of events.
Today, in 2023, our catamaran is ready where the season started on the 1st of April. It should be noted that it will be the first 100% eco-friendly tourist catamaran that emits 0% polluting emissions, in addition to not having an extra power generator that uses fossil fuels or pollutants. Finally, our catamaran has a large air-conditioned cabin to offer services all year round.
We are an eco-friendly company, where we care about taking care of our planet, as we also have a 100% electric solar catamaran that recycles energy and does not emit polluting gases.
Our boat has a totally comfortable interior space for the clients who contract our services, where the capacity is for 12 people plus crew.
I have more than 10 years of experience in the sector, where I have been learning about the wonderful maritime world since then.
